Kick Masse
This is an extreme version of a classic masse shot. The cue ball kicks off the long rail and above the wall of balls, then masses back to pocket the hanger in the far corner. In competition, only a 6 ball wall is used. Playing around with the shot and my stroke, I've gotten it around a 14 ball wall. Learn how!

The Glove's Squeeze Shot
I picked up this quirky shot from Gene "The Glove" Catron. Obviously, the combination is lined up towards the end rail. The cue ball hits the first ball which squeezes by the second ball into the corner pocket. Meanwhile, the second ball takes off going four rail around the table and into the same pocket. Learn how!

Resistance Rainbow
Here's a variation of the Rainbow Masse. This time, I freeze another object ball to the cue ball pocketing it across the table into the corner pocket. The cue ball makes an awesome arc around the row of balls to pocket the hanger in the corner pocket. Learn how!

Jimmy Reid's Sneaky Shot Plus Draw
This is one of Mike Massey's first shots he pulled out for ESPN Trick Shot Magic back in 2000. It's a combination of two shots, Jimmy Reid's Sneaky shot where the ball frozen to the cue ball is forced through a blocker ball into the corner pocket, and a collision draw shot where the cue ball then draws back to make the hanger in the side. Just Showing Off Double
This is just the Just Showing Off shot hit by two people simultaneously. The only caveat is you have to be quick to set up your last ball, or have someone else do it for you. It looks just as impressive though even without the last ball. Thanks to Al Relf for shooting this with me. Learn how!

Split Jump
I adapted this from one of Lukasz Szywala's shots at the 2007 World Cup of Trick Shots. I freeze two cue balls in the center of the table and jump them at the same time with one stroke over a shaft to pocket balls in the corner pocket. You can also do this over a row of chalks or something similar. Learn how!

Any Questions
This shot is an extension of the smily face/slam dunk/half moon shot, which only uses 5 balls. The two extra balls form the bottom part of the question mark. In one shot, seven balls are scattered into six pockets. Mike Massey and Rick Malm call this Inquisitive, but I use this clip at the end of my presentations to invite questions. Learn how!

Ultimate Trap Shot
Here's one of Mike Massey's inventions. The cue ball is pretty well trapped against the side rail and some blocker balls. With the right stroke though, you can kick it off a couple rails and spin it around the wall to pocket a ball in the upper corner. Learn how!

Yo-Yo Masse
Another classic masse shot, where the cue ball starts at the 2nd diamond, goes up past the side pocket, then makes a sharp U-turn to clip in the hanger in the side pocket. Most guys would shoot this with their shin on the rail so they can bridge on their leg. This version is for those not-so-tall people who aren't comfortable doing that. Learn how!

Blooming Flower
Here's another setup shot. On this one, the cue ball splits the two balls frozen to it into the corner pockets. It hits the top ball in the cluster, forcing it through to the side pocket while the two middle balls each kick another ball in to the side while they kiss in to the corners. This is another shot I saw Willie Joplin do. Learn how!
