I first saw this shot in one of Willie Joplin's videos, but never figured out how to do it until Paul Danno pulled it off against me at the 2009 Ultimate Trick Shot Challenge. The cue ball hits the five ball, sending it and the one ball across the table into the corner. The four ball caroms off the three into the near corner while the three ball banks all the way back up the table.
