This is a great shot invented by Ralph Eckert from Germany. He's played it a couple times on the World Cup of Trick Shots. The 1 ball is frozen to the rail and the 3 ball hangs in the corner pocket. The cue ball hits the 1 ball, then caroms into the 3 ball, clearing the way for the 1 ball to bank there.
