A fan requested the basic version of this shot. I'll demonstrate two other ways to make it go. In the basic version, the two end balls split, one to the side and one to the corner, and the two middle balls go into the same corner pocket. Once that gets too easy, you can the middle balls around the table into different corner pockets. Yoshikazu Kimura demonstrated this on his video.
