Place the hanging ball first. Then start with the cue ball and first object ball in hand, literally. Roll the first object ball up the table and set the cue ball at the same time. Cut the object ball in the corner and get the cue ball to take two rails back for the second object ball.

Practice the rolling of the balls so you can get a consistent speed and aim. I usually start the roll about a quarter diamond off the long rail at the second diamond and aim towards the first diamond on the short rail. Exactly when you want to cut the ball depends on where you're aiming. I still use a lot of left english and just enough speed to get the cue ball around the table.
