The two object balls closest to the side pocket are one ball widths away. There is a gap between those balls and the next two, about 1/8 to 1/4 inch. The fifth ball is frozen to those other two and should be on the centerline of the table.

The line between the non-frozen balls is not parallel with the short rail, but they're aligned just outside of the far side pocket.

The cueball is in the center of the table. The balls frozen to it are aligned to the short rail side of the corner pockets. This alignment may change depending on the amount of throw on the balls, generally determined by how dirty they may be (dirtier balls throw more). Aim to hit the fifth ball full. I like to use draw, but a center hit can work as well.
