Here's a devious shot I invented that helped me with the 2010 UTS Championships. The cue ball hits the tray sending the 3 ball up the rail. The cue ball, meanwhile, goes three rails and meets the 3 ball by the side pocket, knocking it in, if you're lucky! Learn how!

I invented this shot for the 2009 Ultimate Trick Shot Championships. I wanted to invent a shot where the tray was used for more than just a stationary extra rail. The cue ball hits the tray first, opening up a path between the tray and the side rail. The cue ball hits two rails, gets guided up the edge of the rack, goes off the side rail and the tray again, pocketing the hanging ball in the side pocket. Learn how!

This is a shot that grew out of the Easy Button shot, but two balls are juggled around the table instead of just one. Jamey "Sharpshooter" Gray and Andy "Magic Man" Segal developed this idea. Juggle, juggle and fire away! Learn how!

This shot evolved out of a creation of Bob 'Bad Hair' Stangby, which Tom Rossman used on ESPN Trick Shot Magic. The original version juggled the cue ball 15 times and pocketed a single object ball each time. This version, however, only juggles the cue ball 3 times and shoots a set of 5 object balls each time, with the first set being shot with an air bridge, the second set with the bridge on the table, and the third set left-handed. It's called the Easy Button because in the ESPN events, there's an Easy Button which the cue ball must go around each time. Learn how!

Here's a good speed shot. Shoot the cue ball 2 rails and, before it gets into the corner pocket, shoot 3 balls up into the far corner, 3 more in the side, and clear the last 5 balls into the near corner before the cue ball comes by. I call it 11 before 2 because I shoot 11 balls before the cue ball goes 2 rails. Learn how!

This is a fun shot invented by Stefano Pelinga. Holding two pool cues, I simultaneously hit two cue balls, one goes 3 rails to pocket one of the hanging balls while the other one goes 2 rails for the other hanging ball. Learn how!

This is a juggling shot (hitting a moving ball) with a lot of speed control. I hit 5 balls around the table 3 rails and, while they're still moving, I hit all 5 of them again, going 3 rails, off the butt and into the pocket. There's a lot of criss-crossing of paths too, making this shot just a little more interesting. Learn how!

This is a shot Stefano Pelinga used in a past Trick Shot Magic event. There's a kiss/combo set up by the side pocket and a ball balanced on top of one of the other balls, while a pool cue lays across the table. The cue ball sinks the kiss/combo, dropping the top ball in front of the side pocket, then goes two rails and is guided by the pool cue to pocket the dropped ball. Learn how!

This is a neat little shot I invented when playing around with two stacking balls. I hit the cue ball off the top of the first stacking ball and into the second stack. Both balls in the second stack go into the side pocket and the cue ball draws back knocking in the ball it started out on top of. Learn how!

This is an old shot that I picked up from Sebastian Giumelli. The cue ball splits the combo off the side rail sending one ball up into the corner pocket while the other banks and is directed into the corner pocket by the rack. The cue ball kicks off of three rails and rides up the side of the bridge finally hitting the bridge head and knocking in the final object ball. Learn how!
